In this paper I will analyze the deliberative applications in the democratic context trough the renowned model of deliberative democracy. Debate’s impact is studied referring to opinion changing and the increase of knowledge that it usually provokes. In addition, this aspect is verified with an experiment made in an university course and focused on understanding the impact of discussion on people’s opinions.References
