The presence of migrant workers among health care in Italy has had a significant growth in the past decades, especially for specific professional and national communities. In particular, Peruvians nurses have represented an important component of the total nurses in Rome. The essay based on the results of an original investigation concluded in May 2014, analyzes the working conditions and social integration paths of Peruvians nurses engaged in Roman health services.References
